Our toolmaking shop is equipped with the latest in CAD/CAM and CNC equipment. These, allied with the skill of our highly experienced toolmakers, produces moulds of impeccable quality and affordability.
Our Moulding shop is fitted with high volume polyurethane injection moulding machines as well as the latest in Arburg digital injection moulding machines. This allows us the unique ability to go from the prototype stage to full production in the shortest amount of time, all under one roof.
Once your parts have been moulded they will be finished to your specifications in our fettling shop, spray shop and art shop. A large range of finishes are available, from chrome plating of plastic parts, media blasting and brushed metal to high gloss paint, textured paint and more. We also offer silkscreen printing and laser engraving for your manufactured parts. If your parts require EMC/RFI protection this can applied too.
Mastermoulders can produce 3D printed parts of your product in a very short amount of time. Using our SLA and FDM machines, accurate working prototypes can produced in as little as one day. These can be used to communicate your design to a client or to check tolerances. Our machines are not limited to just prototypes though, we have the capacity to print components for low volume production in ABS, ASA and Nylon. With our advanced materials, it also possible to print prototype tooling for use in our injection moulding machines.
