We have the capability to machine aluminium and plastic parts using oil free coolants which is essential for the scientific, medical, food and aerospace industry who need contaminant free parts.
With our high RPM spindles (up to 40k) we are able to offer micro machining of components and moulds which would other wise be impossible with traditional CNC machines. This also improves part cycle time when surfacing complex geometry.
We can handle one-offs, small batch and large quantities CNC milling.
